The Basics 101: Navigating The Diviner’s Desk.
This is also known as the “start here” page, haha.
Welcome to The Diviner’s Desk, a self-publication by yours truly, Danaisha Monique. As someone who takes promises seriously, I have only one for you. The promise: To offer a publication that teaches practical spirituality, tarot, and ritual guidance for independent seekers who want to build a grounded personal practice. That is it; that is all. If you’re okay with this promise, I look forward to connecting. Speaking of connecting, the ideal reader for The Diviner’s Desk is a student who enjoys learning, wants to further their tarot education, and is interested in exploring new ways to build a solid, individual spiritual routine. To better understand how we will achieve this goal together, here are the five pillars of this publication:
Practical Tarot & Divination: Tarot education, tarotscopes for all 12 zodiac signs, divination etiquette, using tarot at your ancestor altar, how to develop discernment while receiving a reading or performing your own. To start, you can read Your Tarot Reader is Not Your Therapist: Healthy Boundaries in Divination.
Astrology for Real Life: Monthly zodiac newsletter, natal chart analysis of public figures, the astrology behind the tarot, understanding the Sun, Moon, and ascendant placements, and how to use astrology for self-development. To better understand my communication and reading style check out the July 2025 Newsletter: Petit à Petit, L’oiseau Fait Son Nid.
Spiritual Lessons & Personal Transformations: Personal essays of reflection and wisdom navigating rejection, decline, being overlooked, standing alone, and other lived experiences while on the spiritual journey. Please read this essay from my signature series and subscriber favorite: The Spiritual Lesson of Being Overlooked: What Rejection Can Reveal About Your Path.
Rituals, Prayers, and Spiritual Practice: Step-by-step rituals, ancestor prayers, protection, prosperity, mind healing, Moon work, and spiritual hygiene. If you have your mind on your money and money on your mind, check out this popular, paid subscriber exclusive:
